Vintage 1960s Simplicity 3625 Size 14 Misses Blouse Sewing Pattern pre-cut, complete with all pieces and instructions, and in good vintage condition.

Misses' Blouse and Overblouse: "Simple to Make". Blouse has back zipper and kimono sleeves. V. 1 and 2 have long sleeves with zipper at wrist. V. 1 has collar and cuffs trimmed with braid. V. 3 has low V neckline and 3/4 length sleeves. 
  
Pattern pieces are cut, all 9 pieces are included.  This pattern is in good vintage condition with some wrinkles, small tears, and discoloration on the jacket and instructions.
