This is an attachment for a KitchenAid mixer Model #RVS-A. 

It is the rotor slicer/shredder attachment.  It is in the original box and is in excellent pre-owned condition.

It comes with the four cones for different size slicing and the shaft that attaches to a Kitchen Aid Mixer, plus recipe books, instructions, and other KitchenAid information.
