A powerful and highly detailed vintage bronze award medal from the prestigious firm John Pinches & Co. London. This 38.5mm "table medal" features a classic mythological scene in deep relief.

  • Artistic Detail: Features a nude male figure (Hercules) in a dynamic struggle with a lion. This design is inspired by classical sculptures and was a popular "Physical Culture" motif used by the Pinches firm for high-level athletic and strength awards.
