HOW TO USE THE GRILL GRATES ONCE YOU GOT IT

• It's recommended that you preheat new grates made with matte enamel cast iron before using them for the first time. This will remove any processing residue.Y
• ou should oil your grates before or after each use for best cooking results.

1. Dip a bunched up paper towel into a high-heat cooking oil (such as Canola oil, olive oil or peanut oil). Be careful not to saturate the paper towel. You want enough oil on it to coat the grill grate, but you don't want it dripping everywhere.
2. Using an oven mitt and tongs, carefully wipe the paper down on the grill grate.
