Pointed capstan regulating tool with a straight end and a bent end to accommodate more angles on the tool.  Tool is 8" in length.  This tool is used to adjust the wood dowel capstans or any capstan with holes for the regulating tool for adjusting lost motion in vertical pianos or hammer height in grand pianos.
