Authentic vintage Bausch & Lomb Ray-Ban Outdoorsman, size 62-14, produced in the late 1970’s. This is a complete early-run B&L set with original BL-etched G-15 glass lenses, cable temples, the rare unstamped tan case, and the original B&L warranty card still stored behind the plastic liner.

Hard plastic brow bar (correct for 1978-1979 production).

Gold wire temples with spring loops for secure, comfortable wear. They stay in place even with head movement.

Hinges are tight and hold position at any angle.

Frame enamel shows light, honest wear at cheek-contact points.

Lenses are flawless, no scratches, chips or haze.

Back of brow bar has a 1mm and a 4mm chip loss (see pictures).

Temples show wear at contact points, normal patina and wear.

Case is like new without belt slots stretching, no patina anywhere from over handling. The case is an exceptional example of an early-run variant from 1978 to 1979.
