How to request for a refund

• Message us on eBay within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Condition Requirements

• Send the item back in its original, unused condition to receive a full refund.
• Before shipment, the condition photos and included items recorded by the Korea Official Authentication Center must be fully preserved and must not be missing.

Shipping Costs

• Outbound shipping: US$49 (paid at checkout).
• Return shipping: US$49 (deducted from your refund when we issue a prepaid label).

Additional Notes

• Pre-owned items are graded by condition. In rare cases, extremely light, grade-appropriate use may not be fully captured in photos and is not eligible for a free return.

• If duties/taxes are unpaid, the item may be held at customs for up to one month and then returned. In that case, it will be re-imported to Korea and Korean duties/taxes will be applied again.
• When a return occurs, round-trip shipping costs, Korean return duties/taxes, and warehouse storage fees will be charged separately. In particular, if the return is due to refusal to pay duties, a storage fee of USD $327 and the full round-trip shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• If you fail to provide the required information requested by customs and the item is returned, round-trip shipping costs and customs storage fees will be charged to you in accordance with our return policy.
