I had a pair of these in a house in the late 1970s, so I am guessing these are from that time or maybe into the 1980s.
I think the stepped design is similar to the Art Deco era.
Each measures approx.12 inch wide, 7 inch tall, and come out from the wall about 6 inch, at the top
What I liked about having lights like these, on a dimmer switch, is that the light flows out from the bottom and top, and not directly out in your face.
I painted mine the same color as the wall, which blends them right into the wall.
