The screws that affix the bottom-plate are mismatched as I'm running out of original screws. All internal fasteners are original.

This laptop may cost less elsewhere, maybe try looking on a gum (tree) themed site.
This unit makes use of an unofficial community patch, developed by the OpenCore team, to allow the installation of OSX Sequoia. The patch works very smoothly like an official release.
This way you can avoid all the build quality issues and price of the models that follow these units, but still access modern applications with a responsive laptop.
This unit also comes with Apple's charger extension cable.
