This coin is approximately 30mm  round, silver colored metal,  approximately 0.5 ounce, smooth rim, Front side has Eagle with building with “Victory Liberty Loan”, rear has  “Awarded by the US treasury Department for Patriotic Service in behalf of the Liberty Loans, Made from captured German cannon” .  In excellent condition.  Hole in coin for necklace dangle
