If you buy from us, your package will be dropped off at UPS, FED EX, or USPS within  5 Days during business days, not on government holidays. All packages are dropped in a nightly drop area and will not be scanned in at the time of drop off. Sometimes this delays scan times. Sometimes it may take up to two days for USPS to scan a package even though it is moving through their system. Please rest assured that your package is moving towards you! We monitor tracking numbers to notice any delays or failed deliveries. Please be patient and understand we can not control what the mail carriers do once they have the package. 93% of the time they process the package and the process goes smoothly.
