This cable is used to connect Lifesize Analog Microphones to Room, Team and Express systems. The splitter allows you to connect two (2) MicPods to a system. 1000-0000-0222 is the Lifesize ordering SKU but front of box shows it as P/N 450-00080-901. Having a different SKU from the package label is normal for Lifesize.
