Made in Japan - butter knife says Japan other pieces just say "Reed & Barton 18/8 Stainless"
NOTE THIS was made in different countries and the sheen may be different. I see the handles as glossy finish, but could call the utensil sends more satin finish, not a high gloss. I think it varied from country manufacturing.

All good condition, lightly used, two place spoon have small nicks or rough edges, I've photographed them up close. Minor.
