Other than the very first issue of Mad, this is the most important one -- as Mad Magazine #24 is when the publication shifted from comic book to magazine format to avoid the new rules governing comics. And the rest is history! Although I'm not a professional grader, I'd give this a grade of Very Good/Fine (5.0). Please SEE THE PICTURES! There are intact pages and staples throughout. There is moderate wear and creasing of the front cover with fingerbends and some light wrinkling that goes into the pages a bit. There are light stress lines of the spine with a tiny tear at the bottom. The pages are in great shape with some light creasing here and there. There is moderate wear and creasing of the back cover with a tiny piece out in the lower right corner. All in all a great add to your collection!
