Condition

The strap shows some signs of aging and use. The inside bezel is discolored, and the hands are slightly cloudy and corroded. As this is a vintage watch, there is some aging and minor scratches and scuffs overall, but it is in good condition for a vintage watch.

Chronograph Small Second Rotating Bezel

The "Cosmonaut" was developed for Major Scott Carpenter, who participated in the Mercury Project in 1962. It was designed with a 24-hour display to prevent confusion between day and night in outer space. The "Ref. A12022" is a reference manufactured around the 1990s, and this timepiece features an attractive pumpkin-colored aged dial with luminous material. The exterior is in mint condition, with little polishing, and the strap is a "Ref. 111X" that appears to be in relatively good condition from the time. It features all tritium luminous material and has been overhauled in our shop.
