Condition

There are some scratches on the entire surface of the crystal. There are some small scratches on the crystal back. There is a slight crack in the luminous paint on the hour hand. As this is a vintage watch, there are other signs of aging and wear, but it is in good condition for a vintage watch.

The "Cosmonaut" was developed for Major Scott Carpenter, who participated in the Mercury Project in 1962. It was designed with a 24-hour display to prevent confusion between day and night in space. The "Ref. A12021" is a reference manufactured around the 1990s, featuring a 41.5mm stainless steel case with a transparent caseback. It features a black dial with silver subdials and an attractive aged dial with luminous finish. It is equipped with the Breitling 12 manual-winding chronograph caliber, based on a Lemania movement, and has a power reserve of approximately 42 hours. It has been overhauled in our shop.
