The EX120 Revitalizant is a specialized formula engineered to safeguard and refurbish gasoline and LPG power units, including those equipped with turbochargers or superchargers.EX120 effectively restores, repairs, and defends engine internals in all varieties of vehicles running on gasoline or natural gas. It targets damage and scoring resulting from mechanical friction and thermal stress, subsequently developing a self-adjusting ceramic-metal layer on the surfaces to prevent future degradation. Third-party evaluations demonstrate that using EX120 leads to higher compression levels, increased horsepower, lowered exhaust emissions, and enhanced fuel economy. The treatment ensures a smoother operational feel and prolongs the overall life of the engine. It is fully compatible with every grade of motor oil, including premium full-synthetic varieties, ensuring top-tier performance.Boasting a 20 percent higher density of active components, Extreme Action 120 is more powerful than ever at mending and reinforcing worn metal parts. A single complete treatment cycle provides reliable protection for up to 62,000 miles. The effectiveness of XADO Revitalizant technology is backed by independent testing and proven real-world results.

Despite regular maintenance, high heat and friction will eventually cause engine metal to wear, scratch, and deform. Surface layers break down in high-friction areas, where clusters of atoms can tear off under extreme loads. Until now, there was no way to reverse this inevitable wear.
EX120 starts repairing scratched and worn metal immediately after being added to the engine oil. Acting as a catalyst, it accelerates the rebuilding process in areas exposed to high thermal energy. EX120 promotes the absorption of carbon through the metal’s surface, leading to the formation of metal carbides. The revitalizant rebuilds metal at a molecular level, atom-by-atom, restoring geometry and reversing wear. A durable protective coating forms with the help of carbides and metal particles. Due to its self-regulating thickness, it does not accumulate or cake. The treated surface appears smooth and glassy, but its structure is strengthened by metal carbides and carbon, creating a diamond-like layer. The result is a hard surface layer on a soft and flexible base, offering exceptional durability and longer engine life.
Key Benefits:
Rebuilds worn metal and protects against future wear for 62,000 miles.
Reduces fuel consumption (up to 30% at idle, up to 15% under normal driving).
Increases oil pressure to nominal levels.
Restores and boosts cylinder compression.
Increases engine power and improves acceleration.
Reduces noise and vibration levels by up to 10 times.
Extends service life of parts by 2-3 times.
Protects the engine from metal loss during cold starts.
Improves engine performance after the first 50-100 km (approx. 20-60 miles).
Allows the engine to run for up to 300 km (approx. 200 miles) in case of significant oil loss.
Application Instructions:
Engine treatment is performed in three stages.
Stage 1: Add the contents of the syringe into the oil filler neck of the engine, which should be at normal operating temperature. Start the engine and let it idle for 5-10 minutes.
Stage 2: Repeat the procedure after 100-250 km (approx. 60-150 miles) of driving.
Stage 3: Repeat the procedure again after another 100-250 km (approx. 60-150 miles) of driving.
The treatment is complete after 1,500 km (approx. 950 miles) of driving.

It is not recommended to change oil until the treatment is fully completed;
It is possible to conduct the treatment at idle: 4 hours of idling is an equivalent to 200 km (approx. 125 miles) of run.
New engines with odometer readings up to 20,000 km (approx. 12,000 miles) should be treated in one stage.
Engines undergone a complete overhaul are recommended to be treated in usual three-stage order.
The treatment of LPG engines is similar to the treatment of gasoline engines.
The protective metal-ceramic coating is formed on any operative pair of mechanism’ parts; however, if the mechanism (engine) is in a critical condition (100% wear), the destroyed parts should be replaced.
After the treatment, your car is under XADO Superprotection.
The cylinder-piston group, especially in the top dead center area, along with parts of the gas distribution mechanism (such as cam dogs and followers), and the friction bearings of the crankshaft and driveshaft, are prone to wear during engine operation.
