The magnetic circuit of this unit uses a 5cm diameter voice coil wound edgewise with copper ribbon wire and a 1.1kg Alnico V magnet. A 3.6cm cone tweeter was used for the high frequencies, and the L26 appears to have been equipped with the LE25-1 in the early stages and the L25-4 in the later stages. These units use a 15,000 gauss magnetic circuit. Last year, we replaced the edges with urethane edges that are less susceptible to hydrolysis. It is a later model.
