Mechanical Condition - Very Good - working order: Manual Focus Notchy but goes through range
The lens mounts smoothly onto the camera and communicates all information correctly.
The zoom is smooth and moves cleanly throughout the full focal range without any resistance or sticking points.
Autofocus is fully operational and smooth from infinity through to close focus.
Manual focus although notchy is operational from infinity through to close focus, and goes throughput the while range
The lens exposes correctly through the F stop range.
The selection switches move easily into position and without any resistance.
Optics Condition - Very Good
The lens coating is in excellent condition and reduces ghost and flare issues.
There is fungus in the optics. This issue does not effect the images captured or impact upon the lens performance. The lens has been priced to reflect this issue. There are no exterior marks / scratches on the glass.
Cosmetic Condition - Very Good
The rubbers are in excellent condition and not slack, discoloured or sticky ensuring the lens is nice to handle and operate.
The exterior casing is in very good condition, just some cosmetic marks, these do not affect performance of the lens or images captured
The lettering and model specification markings are clear and not faded.
The filter thread is in excellent condition and a filter, lens cap and hood can be attached
