This is an extremely rare, authentic promotional 

phone card featuring Madoka Ayukawa from 

"Kimagure Orange Road" by Izumi Matsumoto. 

It was exclusively distributed in 1986 as 

a winning prize for the Weekly Shonen Jump 

18th Anniversary sweepstakes featured in Issue 32. 

As a "Not For Sale" promotional exclusive, 

it is a highly sought-after vintage collector's piece 

that is exceptionally difficult to find even in the Japanese market today.

The card is completely unused, with no punch holes 

indicating it has never been used in a public payphone. 

While there are some minor, age-related scuffs 

on the back of the card, the front remains 

in beautiful condition with no prominent 

scratches or color fading. You can fully enjoy 

the characteristic soft, delicate color palette of 

Matsumoto-sensei's beautiful original artwork.
