CarPlay/Android Auto has revolutionalized the way we drive by enabling us to safely use the iPhone/Android phone while driving. Now we can make calls, send/receive messages, listen to music/radio/podcasts/news/audiobook... on the head unit while driving really conveniently. This, in turn, requires a head unit that can adequately meet the demands of these functions in terms of audio and visual performance.

Wireless CarPlay Connection Steps:

  1. Connect BT
  2. Open "ZLINK'' and wait for connection

Notes: If the connection is NOT successful, a manual WiFi connection is required.

Path: Settings - Android Settings - Go to Settings - Network & Internet - Hotspot & tethering - Wi-Fi Hotspot - Set up Wi-Fi hotspot

I. Turn on your phone's WiFi and look for the radio's hotspot name. (When the device name is displayed, the WiFi connection is successful.)

II. After manually connecting to the WiFi of the radio, the radio needs to delete the history record, and then click ZLINK. (The second-to-last key in the upper right corner of the touchscreen.)

Wireless Android Auto Connection Steps:

  1. Connect BT
  2. Turn on "Wi-Fi hotspot" of the radio
  3. Turn on the phone WLAN, and find the hotspot name displayed on the radio to match
  4. Open "ZLINK'' and wait for connection

Wired CarPlay & Android Auto Connection Steps:

Some Precautions For Using AHD Backup Camera

  • The radio comes with an AHD backup camera, please install it according to the above wiring.
  • Please manually adjust the resolution of the camera in order to make the use better.
  • Path: Settings - Factory Settings (Password 8888) - Protocol Parameter settings - Reverse video resolution settings - AHD/25 or AHD/30
  • After adjustment, turn off the radio for five minutes and then restart it.
  • The radio supports factory reversing camera, only the yellow port in the power cable needs to be docked with the "CA-MIN" reversing input cable.
  • The "CA-MIN" reversing input cable comes with two small antennas to enhance the radio's Bluetooth and WiFi signals.

About This Radio

  • The main screen of the radio can be customized. However, you need to download our apk software to replace the new UI.
  • CANBUS Decoder Macthing Path: Settings - Factory Settings (Password 8888) - Protocol settings
  • For NOT equipped with canbus decoder, you need to go to "Steering Learn" in the settings to learn the steering wheel control buttons.
  • In general, for radios with canbus decoder, the steering wheel control function is automatically activated after matching the radio protocol settings.
