Returns missing any components may be refused.

2. Restocking Fee
• A minimum 30% restocking fee applies to all returns not due to defect or misdescription.

Devices returned locked, not reset, or with active accounts may not qualify for a refund.

4. IMEI & Fraud Protection
To protect both buyer and seller:
• Every device’s IMEI/serial number is recorded and photographed before shipping.
• If a returned device does not match the original IMEI, no refund will be issued.
• Any attempt at part-swapping or fraud will be reported to eBay for investigation.
