This Traub Brothers Company sterling silver spoon is engraved on the back as it was given to a family member named Virginia in October of 1914. This spoon has been in one family for 112 years and is now ready to be enjoyed in a new home. It weighs 32 grams and is 5 3/4” long bearing the words “November” and “Sagittarius” on the front. 

Traub Bros & Co was 
a prominent Detroit-based jeweler and silversmith active in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, known for producing high-quality American Victorian sterling silver flatware, souvenir spoons, and jewelry. Established in 1879, their pieces often feature intricate designs.
