Circa 1920’s watercolor of an English village scene. The artist is Tom Clough (1867-1943). Measures 16 by 21 inches. Signed lower left. Probably lightly faded as most old watercolors are. Not mounted . No tears .

Subject may be the fishing village of Clovelly but i am not sure.
