Vibratory Bar Usage Procedure:
1. Before operating the concrete vibratory bar, check the power supply connection and the leakage protection device. Wear insulated gloves. After powering on, if the vibratory bar does not vibrate, tap the end of the vibratory bar on the ground. Once a steady and powerful sound is produced, vibration can begin.
2. When operating the concrete vibratory bar, insert it vertically or at an angle into the concrete. Vibrate for a certain period, moving the vibratory bar up and down during vibration. Do not bend the vibratory bar more than 50mm.
3. After continuous operation for half an hour, the concrete vibratory bar should be stopped for a period of time to prevent excessive heat and damage to the machine parts.
4. After a period of use, check the threaded connection of the concrete vibrator head for looseness to prevent mortar from seeping into the vibrator and causing it to stop vibrating.
5. If the concrete vibrator stops vibrating or becomes weak during use, disassemble the vibrator and check if the oil seal inside is damaged. If intact, clean the oil stains inside the sleeve and on the cone. The problem should be resolved.
