Instructions:
(1) According to the size of the item to be sterilised, use scissors to cut a compatible section of the sterilisation bag on a large roll, seal one end of the small section of the roll with a sealing machine, place clean, dry items into the flat roll bag, then seal the other end of the roll with a sealing machine, the sterilised item should not be more than 3/4 of the length of the sterilisation bag so as to ensure adequate sealing, otherwise the possibility of the sterilisation bag bursting will increase.
(2) Sharp instruments should be placed in the opposite direction to the peeling direction to ensure peeling safety.
(3) Arrange the sterilisation bags with intact closure in a paper-to-paper manner, and then place them in steam sterilisation, ethylene oxide equipment and sterilise them in the usual way, with labelling instructions.
(4) Confirm the discolouration of the sterilisation process indication markings; blue before steam sterilisation, grey-black after sterilisation; pink before ethylene oxide sterilisation, orange after sterilisation;
(5)Place the sterilised and intact sterilisation bag in a dry, light-protected and clean area for storage and use.
