Otex Express contains urea hydrogen peroxide, which gently releases oxygen to help soften and break up ear wax. This action helps clear the ear canal and makes wax easier to remove naturally.
Tilt your head to one side.
Place 3–5 drops into the affected ear.
Leave for a few minutes.
Wipe away any excess liquid.
Use once or twice daily for up to 3–4 days if necessary.
For use in the ear only.
Do not use if the eardrum is perforated or if you have an ear infection (unless advised by a healthcare professional).
