statements or information regarding prior owners, uses, inspections, condition, title history,

right to independently test, inspect, and research (on-line and through any other records)

this vehicle and its history. I have also been provided the opportunity to have the vehicle

inspected by a mechanic, technician, body shop, or other expert of my choice prior to

purchasing same. As such, I DO NOT rely upon any verbal or oral statements, assurances or

If, despite having read and signed this form, I file a lawsuit or claim against LAFONTAINE

AUTOMOTIVE GROUP, dealer or related persons or entities regarding this sale, I agree to

pay all costs and expenses, including actual attorney fees in the event I do not prevail.
