Stork carrying Baby 4-piece plastic figure, Hong Kong c1960s, Sealed - Mint in Packet.
This is a charming never used / sealed hard-plastic Cake Decoration (I assume) that is a flying Stork carrying a Baby in a blanket. The packet it is in measures 4 x 3. It contains four pieces that need to be made up. There is the main figure of the Stork (beak to tail measurement is 2 long and the wind-span is 3 across). There is a circular base and a 2 plastic rod that slots into the base and the underside of the bird. The Baby in the blanket has a small loop that you slide over the Storks beak. In my pictures below I have shown the pieces and also shown it made up. I found a few of them together and so decided to open one just to see how it looks. And I am happy to say that it is charming any slight movement to the base (e.g. if you tap the table and I guess a plate if your cake is on it) causes the dangling baby to move a little bit. The base has raised lettering Hong Kong 177A. The underside of the Stork has the words Hong Kong. It is of course not dated - but I think it is from around the late 1960s-early 1970s or so. Just to confirm that the one I send you will be completely sealed in its original packet which is perfectly clean.
