Dirty Pair is a classic Japanese sci-fi action anime franchise based on the novels by Haruka Takachiho and animated by Sunrise.
The series follows the famous duo Kei and Yuri, also known as the “Lovely Angels”—two trouble consultants who take on dangerous missions, but often leave massive destruction behind, earning them the nickname “Dirty Pair.”
Kei is the hot-headed, action-oriented partner who charges into danger, while Yuri is the more elegant and intelligent partner, known for her composure, sharp thinking, and charm (though she can be just as dangerous when the situation calls for it). Their strong contrast and excellent teamwork made Dirty Pair a fan-favorite 1980s anime title worldwide.
