WHAT IS PARKING AIR CONDITIONER ?
The parking air conditioner is a kind of in-car air conditioner. 
Fuel,Energy And Money Saving.       
It refers to the equipment that uses the on-board battery DC power supply (12V) to make the air conditioner run continuously when parking and waiting and resting, and to adjust and control the temperature, humidity, flow rate and other parameters of the ambient air in the car, so as to fully meet the comfort cooling needs of the truck driver.
Normally drivers leaving the engine running for hours to use the air conditioner during parking or rest time at night, it is bad for the environment and tons of fuel wasted, it also wears down the engine faster.           
Parking air conditioner works with truck battery power without engine on which can save energy and fuel and at same time provide safe and comfortable environment for driver.           
Digital frequency conversion control, more efficient and more energy saving.Use energy saving mode when you sleep at night, it can run continuously 6 to 8 hours.

MULTI INSTALLATION WAYS
The 12V electric air conditioning system have multi installation ways to ensure it can be suitable for most vehicles in the market.   The entire air conditioner is integrated, with compressors, condensers, blowers and other accessories inside.
The truck air con diti oner is divided into two types: Rooftop Air Conditioner/ Split Air Conditioner.

Outdoor unit
The outdoor unit adopts an integrated electric compressor, which greatly improves the refrigeration efficiency of the air conditioner and reduces the failure rate of the air conditioner. Compared with the traditional old-fashioned compressor, the integrated compressor has been greatly improved.

Indoor unit
The indoor unit adopts an intelligent numerical panel. When the air conditioner fails, you can see the fault code of the panel to confirm where the fault is.

Matters Needing Attention:
1. The starting current of 12V air conditioner shall reach 80A. Before purchasing, please confirm whether the battery meets the requirements.
2. Before adding refrigerant, vacuum treatment (15-20 minutes) is required, and then add refrigerant.
3. There is no refrigerant inside the air conditioner, so R134a/600g should be added. Pressure gauge value: low pressure 35psi, high pressure 140-180psi.

Installation Steps
1.   Install the external machine: remove the casing, mark the drilling position, use an 8mm drill to drill holes, use a riveting tool to fix the rivet nut at the drilling point, install shock pads and sleeves at the holes of the external machine, and fix the external machine to the car .
2.   Install the expansion valve: remove the iron sheet at the position of the expansion valve of the evaporator, and fix the expansion valve to the evaporator.   The two black screws correspond to the two holes, so there is no need to worry about wrong installation.  Then wrap it in black cotton wrap.
3.   Install the indoor unit: first install the wooden board to the indoor wall, and then install the evaporator on the wooden board.
4.   Install high and low pressure pipelines: first open a (50mm) hole in the car, and then install the rubber cover with three holes.   The thick pipe is the low pressure pipe and is connected to the compressor.   The thin tube is a high pressure tube and is connected to the condenser.   Then connect the other end of the high and low pressure pipes to the holes corresponding to the expansion valve of the indoor unit, use long black screws and iron sheets to clamp the aluminum joints, and tighten the screws.
5.   Install the connection line: connect the connection lines of the internal and external units, plug the power cord plugs into each other, and connect the drain pipe of the evaporator.
6.   Vacuuming/Adding refrigerant: It needs to be vacuumed for 15-20 minutes, and then add refrigerant R134a/600g.   The refrigerant can be added according to the pressure value.   Generally, after the R134a refrigerant is injected into the air conditioning system, the pressure at the low pressure port is 35psi, and the pressure at the high pressure port is 140-180psi.
7.   Connect the power cord: Connect the power cord to the battery, pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the battery, do not connect them wrongly, + positive / - negative.   It is forbidden to connect it to the power-off switch and the power switch.
8.   Turn on the air conditioner: Drive the air conditioner to see if it works properly.   If the current is insufficient, the refrigerant is too much or not enough, the control panel will display a code, which can quickly troubleshoot.

The Main Reasons Affecting The Cooling Effect
1. After installation, be sure to measure the high and low pressure, and controlthe high pressure at about 14Kg (ambient temperature)At about 32'℃ ), it is best to control it below 14Kg when testing indoors or atnight, otherwise, the pressure will rise very high when the temperature is high,which will make the refrigerant temperature too high and affect therefrigeration effect.
2. Be sure to use genuine R134a refrigerant lt is recommended to use Juhua,sanmei and Jin long regular products.
3. Use genuine R134a hose, otherwise the refrigerant and refrigerant oil willdeteriorate.
4. The wiring should be thick The line from the battery to the compressor canuse 10 square lines below 2 meters, 2-5,use 16 square lines for meters Use25 square lines over 5 meters Should be collected between multiple batteriesuse 16 square lines10 square lines are used between the additional generatorand the battery(Note: because of the large curent of the electric compressorthe line loss will be great if the line is thin Please follow the requirements ofthe wiring diagram.)
5. Use the battery after it is fully charged every time as much as possibleRunning at low power will reduce the speed of the compressor and affect theeffect.
6. Vacuum must be in place during installation, because the electriccompressor is sensitive to moisture and air, and it is required to vacu umize athigh and low pressure at the same time, and it must be pumped to above -0.098 for more than 20 minutes Maintain pressure for 10 minutes to ensurethat there is no leakage in the system before adding refrigerant.
7. The expansion valve should not be too large (1.2-1.3 cold tons), and theevaporator should not be too large The above two items can be adjusted bychecking the suction pressure, and it is best to control the suction pressure at2.3~3.2Kg(when the ambient temperature is about 35℃,the compressorshell temperature should be lower than the suction end at 20'C)
8. The shorter the pipeline connection, the better In addition, the heatinsulation layer should be added outside the pipeline from evaporator tocompressor.
