Purchased as part of an estate, all packages are sealed boxes or in some cases- the packs within them are sealed and brand new but the box may not have come from the factory wrapped in cellophane or due to age, the cellophane may have come off. They are however brand new. For factory boxes containing complete sets, if they are pictured without cellophane, that is how we acquired them, rest assured that they have never been opened. Again we would like to stress the age of these cards. They have been in storage for 20. 30, 40, and sometimes close to 50 years. Simply put, technology that helps preserve products that may be held in long terms storage has come a long way in the last 2 decades, it was not available at the time many of these items were produced. The action figures inside such items as Starting Lineup sports figurines are in mint condition and have never been opened. Please pay special attention to the photographs as the packaging may show signs of age and long-term storage. If the listing contains a quantity larger than 1 and you would like to make a request or inquire about the packaging please do so prior to purchase. All individual Trading Cards and sports cards are in mint condition unless otherwise stated. Please take note of detailed pictures of packaging as it may show flaws from long term storage. The high-resolution photographs provided are therefore part of the description and returns will not be accepted in the event the packaging does not meet a buyer's desires, and they failed to inquire about our availability of items with "flawless" packaging. We apologize for this otherwise straightforward subject matter, but due to an issue created by a single buyer who stated to eBay that he felt he would be receiving an item who's packaging would be somehow superior to the images provided in the listing. We will honor returns if an item is not as described – refund will be minus restocking fees, original postage (If shipped free by the seller) and cleaning and repair fees when applicable; the buyer may request an exchange of the item if similar is in stock.
