The famous 5th Anniversary Issue with the Panoramic Cover featuring a bevy of well-known characters and cultural icons from the time!  Although I'm not a professional grader, I would give this a grade of Very Good/Fine.   Please SEE THE PICTURES.  The magazine has intact pages and staples.  There's light to moderate wear and creasing of the front cover with a small amount of pen marking in the upper left corner.  There's a crease in the upper right corner that goes into the pages a bit.  There are stress lines of the spine with a small split at the bottom.   The pages are in nice shape with light creasing here and there.  The back cover has light wear and creasing and a tiny piece out from the upper left corner.   All in all, this is a nice copy of a classic MAD and a great add to your collection!
