Kit includes the following.

8 x push in lugs for fitting
8 x short screws
8 x long screws

Fitting instructions.
In most cases you will not need to remove your number plate to fit covers.
Push round lugs provided into each corner of the number plate.
Use short screws, insert screw into each corner of the cover and screw into the lugs until tight, do not over tighten.
If mounting to plastic bumper bars, use long screws provided in each corner of the cover and screw directly into the plastic bar. This method is used where there is a provision in the bumper bar to fit the license plate.
