📋 Product Overview
The PE pipe scraper is a professional tool used to scrape off the oxide skin on the PE pipes and electric fusion fittings before electric fusion welding. The purpose is to remove the oxide scale to avoid the presence of oxide scale causing electric fusion virtual welding. After scraping, the surface of the pipeline is clean and uniform, and repeated scraping of multiple layers can be used to correct pipes with diameters exceeding the tolerance. The scraper consists of an adjustable support frame and a fixed blade holder, with a simple structure, easy installation and operation, flexible rotation, and smooth scraping. The scraper is not limited by pipe diameter (limited by PE pipe wall thickness) and is suitable for a wide range of pipe diameters.

⚠️ Precaution
1. Always wear appropriate eye protectors. The scraper blade can break.
2. Keep fingers and hands away from scraper blade.
3. Properly secure the PE pipe scraper to the pipe.
4. When working overhead, all personnel should wear hard hats and be clear of the area below the tool.
5. Only use the PE pipe scraper to scrape PE pipes as directed in the manual.
6. Read and understand the instructions and warnings for all equipment being used before operating the PE pipe scraper.

Aluminum Material
The pipe scraper is made of high-quality aluminum materials, has a compact structure, high structural strength, light weight and simple operation and greatly prolongs the service life.
Sliding Wheels
The multiple auxiliary sliding wheels are designed to be effectively attached to the surface of the pipe, clamping is more stable, and the rotary scraping operation is more smooth and effective.
Rotating Handle
The rotating handle is convenient and reliable, meets the ergonomic standard, effectively improves the feeding efficiency and greatly saves time and labor.
Tool Bit
The high-strength tool bit is adopted to effectively scrape off the oxide skin on the surface of the pipe, and has a good scraping effect and long service life.
🔧 Operation Method
1. Preparation work: Confirm the pipe diameter, mark and position the scraping position, and clean the pipe.
2. Adjust the position of the scraper and the blade head pressure.
3. Start scraping the skin in a rotating mode.
4. After completing the scraping operation, reset the blade and remove the scraper from pipe.
5. Timely clean away the plastic shavings to avoid affecting the subsequent operation. Clean and lubricate the scraper to prolong the service life.

Handling Time: Shipping is usually made in 1-3 business days after payments cleared. Orders are processed from Monday-Friday; Not on the weekends & public holidays.

🔄 Return / Refund
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact Us. Please don't directly opened a request or case without informing us, or else, we will do some discounts on the warranty and other sales-services later on. Hope for your understanding.
Returns & Exchanges: All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items, depending on the condition.
Items returned under the buyer's remorse: The return shipping fee must be covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase price will be charged.

eCheck Issues: Payments via eCheck do not clear immediately. Usually you will wait 5-7 days after checkout for it to clear. Then we will arrange shipments for you.
