2009 Cort G200 Stratocaster. Well taken care of and in good condition. Corts G series are one of my favorite sleeper guitars, With just a few upgrades they play and sound as well as any guitar costing hundereds more. These guitars have more oblong bodys with deep cuts that get them up close to you with perfect balance. That paired with a very nice thin C shaped neck make it very fast and easy to get your fingers around. I added a name brand capacitor to the tone pot, cleaned up the electronic wiring and painted the control cavity with insulating paint and grounded it separately. ( See pictures ) Now it has cystal clear tone and can hold up better to high gain distortion when your ready to rock. Stays nice a quite when you want it to. Replaced the pickup covers with new black ones and swapped out the white knobs for standard black top hats to give the guitar some better looks. New set of D'addarrio 9s strings set down with low action, plays with ease. Guitar has a 42mm nut matched with a 25.5" playscale. Tremolo bridge with whammy bar. 22 frets all smooth on the ends with very cool offset fret marker inlays. Fretboard is deep grained Jatoba that was kept oiled twice a year. Maple neck radius 9.45" with skunk tail. Body is solid poplar very resonate agives the guitar a very comfortable weight of just over 7lbs. No wood damage of any kind. No stress cracking at neck pocket. Guitar has only very light swirling and pick marks in top finish. Couple of light scuffs on edges and horns but no big paint chips. If you are just starting out or looking at your first stratocaster I highly recomend Cort G series. Save yourself hundereds of dollars and start with one just make sure it is properly set up. You will not be sorry. Last picture is for size comparsion and body shape shape comparsion to standard stratocaster. If your a player looking to add a new guitar to your line up this one is for you. Happy to answer any questions. No case but will use extreme care when packing for shipment. Standard shipping is inside 48 states only thur Ebay using UPS ground or FedX ( my choice ) depending on delivery area.
