The majority of our items are shipped with a card giving our email address. Please contact us immediately by email if there is a problem and we'll do all we can to sort quickly. This is addition to the normal Ebay buyer protection.

If you buy multiple items we can normally combine postage, but please message us to make us aware - we will then issue an invoice (or refund excess postage if you have already paid). This will not happen automatically, and we may have already despatched items separately if we are not aware.

We normally despatch items very quickly, but our advertised dispatch time is 3 working days and postage is Royal Mail with 3-5 working day delivery ; 8 working days in total. Please don't query delivery before that period has elapsed. We are a small team; we therefore no longer reply to queries on deliveries before 8 working days have passed as finding the information to reply simply delays other customer’s parcels. Rest assured that we will deal with any postage issues after this period has elapsed and will always refund in the very rare event of damage or loss.

If you want a faster delivery please ask before placing the order. We do not make any profit on the p&p we charge - it has to cover not just the cost of the royal mail label, but also Ebay’s fees.
