All of our used items are acquired from working environments. If we are able to power on and test the item there will be pictures or video included. We do our best to provide items in working condition and describe them as accurately as possible. 

We may use clean, recycled boxes and packing material to reduce waste while ensuring your items arrive safely.

If we have more than one of the items listed you may get one that is not pictured. Please ask and we will take pictures of the exact one being shipped if necessary.

We reserve the right to use any mail carrier on free shipping items, unless you contact us and request a specific delivery method. Please contact us if you prefer a different shipping service.

Returns will not be accepted if the warranty seals on the equipment are broken or if the item does not come back in the same state it was shipped, this includes brand new items.* If a brand new item is taken out of sealed packaging you will not be refunded*

If any issues with the item you´ve purchased please let us know via eBay message and we´ll address any issues.

Please do not accept any freight shipments if they arrive damaged from the carrier during transit.
