Here is a sugar bowl in the classic cream coloured Patrician pattern from Wedgwood. The pattern is a vintage classic and I have seen pieces with backstamps from the 1930's and 1950's. 

The sugar bowl is almost 2.5" tall and 4" wide. It's in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
