Epiphone introduces the Les Paul Special Double Cut Figured, a refined evolution of the classic Les Paul Special design.

This model retains the excellent playability of the traditional Special while elevating its visual appeal with premium appointments.

Construction & Design

The guitar features a mahogany double-cutaway body, topped with a beautiful AAA-grade figured maple veneer.
The top is finished with binding, adding an extra level of elegance compared to standard Les Paul Special models.

The mahogany neck has a SlimTaper profile for fast, comfortable playability, paired with:

  • Bound rosewood fingerboard

  • 22 medium jumbo frets

  • Acrylic dot inlays

The 60s-style Kalamazoo headstock includes:

  • Grover Rotomatic tuners

  • Mother-of-pearl Epiphone logo inlay

Pickups & Electronics

Unlike traditional Les Paul Special models that use P-90 single coils, this version is equipped with Epiphone ProBucker humbuckers:

  • Neck: ProBucker 2

  • Bridge: ProBucker 3 (higher output)

This configuration delivers:

  • Punchy, powerful bridge response
