Ready to ship rugs will be shipped via  within 3-5 days and delivery will be made within 7-10 days.

Each rug made by the master artisans is specially inspected before sending out, we ensure that the color, size and quality of the rugs are clean and in good condition.

Return & Exchange:

1. The return or exchange period is 30 days after delivery for most of the items listed in our store.

2. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. The item must be returned/shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

5. The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value of the item when it is returned.

Cancellations:

1. Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

NOTE:

-> The Rugs are sent in a folded manner, and due to the folding manner packing the rug can be bulging out slightly in the middle. But you can make a roll of the rug and lay it after one day. It will be flat properly or keep any heavy stuff for 1-2 days at the place from where it is not flat. It will be properly flat.

-> Actual Products may differ slightly in color due to camera effects and depending upon the screen resolution and design and size slightly varied due to handmade by the weaver.

-> You Can Not Wash Them with Water, You Can Vacuum or Rub the Spot with a Damp cloth to clean them.

->We Accept Custom orders for Size, Color, and Design. And size can vary a little bit due to the handmade process.
