How to Use
Make Black Garlic
- Choose fresh raw garlic without peeling or cleaning.
- Cut off the excess garlic stalks, place them flat in the holder, and then shake them to make the garlic more evenly placed.
- Press and hold the cancel button for 3 seconds to enter the program setting state, and then you can directly set the startup.
- After 7-12 days of fermentation, it can be opened for consumption. If there is a lot of water, it can be dried again.
Make Sweet Rice Wine
- Wash the glutinous rice, soak it in water for 2-4 hours, and then steam it.
- Place the steamed rice in a drainable container, spread with cold water, and cool down until your hands can't feel the heat, then add koji.
- Put the glutinous rice into the inner pot and press it down gently. Dig a hole in the middle and close the lid. Press the "sweet wine" button and set it to 2 days.
- Two days later, the sweet rice wine is done.
Make Yogurt
Pour the milk into the inner pot, then pour in some yogurt starter, stir until uniform, cover the lid, waiting for a period of time, the yogurt is done (please refer to the manual for specific time).

Notes
- For best results, please keep the lid closed throughout the fermentation process.
- Please read the operating manual completely before use. And pay particular attention to the safety instructions included.
- When the lid is opened, steam escapes and is very hot. Please be careful.
- Please do not cut off the power frequently during the fermentation process and do not open the lid of the pot frequently or for a long time. Please do not long press the cancel button during black garlic fermentation.
- Connect the power and press the cancel button for 3 seconds to enter the program setting state. In the display of three horizontal lines in standby mode, you can directly select program settings to start. Select the solo garlic processing or garlic button, press it once, and then hear a "di" sound to start the work. Continuously pressing the button can select a fermentation working time of 7-12 days.
- After the machine is working, it will cycle to display the remaining fermentation days, remaining fermentation hours, and working temperature.
- After the fermentation is completed, the machine will automatically turn off the heating and beep to indicate completion. If the power supply is not disconnected after 8 hours, the machine will beep again once every hour to prompt to turn off the power supply.
- After the fermentation of black garlic is completed, it can be taken out for consumption. At this time, the machine will have residual heat. Please be careful not to burn when opening the lid. After fermentation, black garlic can be stored in cans or food boxes for a better taste after 5-10 days of storage. The sealed shelf life of black garlic is about 3 months. The shelf life of refrigeration and sealing is about 6 months,
- When drying, the lid does not need to be pressed to the bottom or to be fastened, with gaps left will result in a better drying effect.
