These water heaters were purchased by Habitat for Humanity for a series of new homes we've recently built here in Flagstaff Arizona. The units for sale in this listing are the Trend 20 model, because of the winter climate here the incoming water was too cold to be effectively heated (54 Fahrenheit) on demand with this unit. The homes these units were removed from are not yet occupied by Habitat Families so these units are essentially brand new. 

NOTE: You will receive the base unit only, no instructions will be included. Your item may have minor cosmetic damage from installation and removal.

NOTE: These units are the same size as the model we upgraded to, this means you will receive a box which is for a different model but the Trend 20 Trend will be inside.
