On our refurbished items, we provide a one year warranty, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers hardware and battery faults that occur. Accidental damage is not covered by this warranty. Battery degredation is not covered by this warranty, but battery failure and power issues are covered. Software issues are not covered by this warranty, as well as loud fans or devices running hotter than usual, though shut down due to heat is covered. In the case of a warranty claim, we will always try our best to get the issue resolved by either: repair, replacement or a refund.
