Sometimes it is possible that your box might not be sealed; this is simply to get the phones unlocked. So please be rest assured as phones are new and work on all UK networks. The plug/adopter inside the box can depend on the country or region it was manufactured for by Samsung, but you can easily get Genuine UK Samsung plugs from anywhere.
Sometimes by default the language set can be of the country or region it was actually manufactured for by Samsung. If that is the case with your phone/tablet, please just change the language to English from the settings menu or message us if you require help or assistance.
You can find the instructions on changing the language by visiting Samsung's website, you can follow the icons shown on their page to change the language, if having trouble reading in different language.
Warranty/Repair
These phones come with 1 year Seller warranty. The models that are imported from Europe & are European version have 2 Year Manufacturing Warranty from Samsung. The warranty covers manufacturing faults only. If your phone has manufacturing fault, please drop us email with your Name eBay ID and Order no, we will proceed from there.
Returns
In case if you wish to return the phone, please return within 14 days. Full refunds will only be issued if the phone is either faulty or still sealed in the condition as it was sent to you.
In case of faulty product, please sign out & remove your accounts/ids before returning & please remove the phone lock/code as well.
We would not be able to process the refund it the phone still has id or account set up or has a phone lock/code still on. We record IMEIS & Serial numbers where applicable for security and for our record purpose in case of return and items being stolen or reported lost.
About Invoice
Please note that we don't include paper invoice with the item. Please feel free to contact us if you need an electronic invoice.
Packaging
The product is first fully bubble wrapped and then sent out in the plastic envelope. So it is very rare that you receive a damaged box/item. On rare occasions just the box from outside can get damaged, not by our side, by the courier service but the phone not likely to get damaged as its protected by manuals in the box.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch either the same day if ordered by 11am or dispatch it the next working day if ordered after. The items can be dispatched from any of our warehouses in London, Manchester or Birmingham.
For shipping to UK & Ireland, we send it through Royal Mail 1st class signed for, which normally takes 1-2 working days but please allow a day extra as couriers can be delayed as well due to unforeseen circumstances. Some phones come with a Free Guaranteed Special Day Next Day Delivery Before 1pm. In the case your item does not come with a free next day delivery and if you require your phone urgent, for just £2.75 extra, we can even send through Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm if ordered before 11am; you would be enjoying your new phone before 1pm the very next day.
For shipping to Europe, we send by DHL Express, it takes 5~7 working days including handling time - contact us for charges.
