Production Time (What This Means)

These boots are made to order. Once you place your order, your design is printed, cut, assembled, and packaged specifically for you before shipping.

? Production takes 4?7 business days before your order ships.

? Items ship immediately after production is complete

? Tracking is provided once your order ships

? Production time does not include weekends or postal holidays and some world holidays

Estimated shipping times:

? USA: up to 21 days (many orders arrive sooner)

? International: up to 45 days, depending on customs

Shipping times may vary due to holidays or carrier delays.

? Materials & Odor Notice

Our designs are printed directly onto the footwear. Because of the fresh print process, shoes may have a slight ink-like odor when first opened. This is normal and will dissipate within 1?2 days.

We recommend removing the shoes from the box and allowing them to air out overnight.
