-This is a hand-carved wooden bear sculpture created by the Ainu people of Hokkaido, Japan. Purchased in Hokkaido, this vintage piece has developed a beautiful brown patina after the original black finish naturally wore over time, enhancing its character and warmth.

-Although there are age-related cracks throughout due to its age, the bear has a gentle, calm expression that gives it a charming and friendly presence. It can be displayed as interior décor, placed on a table, or even used as a door stopper.

-Approximately the size of a cat. Please refer to the photos (including the one with a standard Japanese orange for scale) for details.
