Please see the listing photos for condition and contents.   Most packages are sealed, but a few have been opened.  Some have no packaging, but have a UPC decal.  None appear to have been used.  There are some duplicates and four of one item (Brass nozzle plugs).  All appear to be brass, but might be copper or some other metal.   I do not know the manufacture dates.  Some packaging shows some wear, but no apparent damage the contents.  Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.  A full refund is offered if you are not fully satisfied and I will pay the return shipping cost.   Payment due at time of purchase.
