*Jump Links*
Two 18K gold plated jump rings are provided if you want to remove the drop hook from the bezel and wear the coins as a necklace. These gold jump rings are made of sturdy brass. This open jump ring has a smooth surface and edges, sturdy and strong, and holds shape well when opened or closed for jewelry projects. These small jump rings are 6mm/0.24in diameter and 0.7mm/0.03in thickness to accommodate your favorite chain.
*Bezel*
The bezel is 24K gold plated also. The penny can be taken out by unscrewing the nut at the top.
*Coins*
Both coins are actual high graded 2025 Philadelphia mint pennies that have been 24K gold plated to give them that beautiful flash of gold when the light hits them. A tiny, lasered, omega mark has been lasered onto each of them to commemorate the last year that the US Mint made pennies for business.
Each coin is cleaned and polished before the 24K gold is applied. That is what gives it the high value.
