Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong - Large Watercolour by David Talks

An original framed watercolour depicting 'Victoria Harbour' in Hong Kong by David Talks. David (born 1937) is a British 20th/21st-century artist known for his watercolour paintings, particularly of maritime, coastal, and East Anglian scenes. David specializes in, but is not limited to, scenes of boats, barges, and harbors, such as Thames Barge in an East Anglian waterway, Low Tide at Blakeney, and Sailing Boat On Norfolk Broads. He has exhibited with the Royal Society of Marine Artists and the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour.
As detailed online, David is an award winning artist who has painted in the UK, France, Italy and The Far East. He has exhibited in a wide range of galleries, including the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour, Royal Society of Marine Artists, and with Thompson’s Galleries, London and Aldeburgh, together with Mandell’s Gallery, Norwich.
Measurements: frame is 30.75inches x 24inches wide with the artwork inside the wide mount being 21.75 x 14.75inches wide.
Condition: fair overall condition, frame is very unstable and loose however as under glass, this is protecting the painting, note there is a little reflection shown in a couple due to the glass - please see all photos provided as these form part of the condition report.
Postage: this to be picked up from Bermondsey SE16 as it is. However, if posting is required then this will be taken out of frame and packaged between board and posted via ParcelForce (this postage is included within this listing). Overseas buyers can purchase via Ebay Global Shipping Program only. Note the only way to ship to the US is via the Global Shipping Program - this method will calculate any taxes / import tariffs due. Note that this has glass and whilst I will package to a very high standard, there is always a risk when posting glazed artwork.

I pack using new boxes or recycling good quality boxes, I use new bubble and new packing peanuts and as a result there is an additional small charge for this included within my P & P costs quoted within the listing (this ranges from £1 - £5) per parcel). The charge is not me making further profit, simply ensuring that the goods I sell have the best chance possible of arriving with you in the same condition.

UK Postage
All UK posting is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (included in P & P quoted), for tracking purposes only. Further postal options are available (e.g. Special Delivery, ParcelForce) and I am happy to meet your specific requirements upon request. Note due to UK Regulations, any cutlery is only posted within the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Age Verification.
Your parcel will fall into one of three categories dependant on measurement of the parcel and weight:
Small Parcel: not exceeding length 45cm, width 35cm and depth 16cm - weight limit 2kg.
Medium Parcel: not exceeding length 61cm, width 46cm, depth 46cm - weight limit 20kg.
Large Parcel: not exceeding 2.5m length and 5m length and girth combined, the weight restriction in this category is 30kg and service provided by Parcelforce Worldwide.
For rolled and cylinder shaped parcels: the length of the item plus twice the diameter must not exceed 104cm, with the greatest dimension being no more than 90cm.
